Buhle Makhanya is an Industrial Psychologist and the Founder and Director of BM Associates, a consulting practice specializing in workplace wellbeing, mental health, talent management, psychometric assessments, career development, organizational effectiveness, and medico-legal services. With extensive experience across the public and private sectors, she is passionate about helping individuals thrive, developing resilient workplaces, and supporting organizations in unlocking the full potential of their people.I hold a MCom degree in Industrial Psychology from UNISA and PhD in Psychology from UKZN. Registered with the HPCSA. Exco member and Chair of the SIOPSA Mental Health Interest Group and mentor for IOP student mentoring programme.
